Your breath is incredibly powerful.
Used well, it can alternatively help you relax or fill you with energy. It can even help you ease into a good night sleep.
Come along to this yoga and breathing workshop and learn how to use your breath to make you feel good.
The morning will include gentle movements, breathing techniques and a relaxation.
You will learn easy breathing techniques that you’ll be able to use when you need them: in the morning to wake yourself up, in the evening to help you sleep or after a day’s work to replenish your energy.
This online workshop is accessible to all abilities, including complete beginners.
It will be run live via Zoom and the replay will be accessible for you to get back to as often as you like.
Saturday, 18th July, 9.00am-12.00pm – with a 30 minutes break so you can make yourself a cup of tea and munch on a biscuit (or 2). £20/person
