YOU ARE ENOUGH.
Did you know that?
You might think that you need to be thinner or younger.
Y0u might think that you have to be the perfect worker, the perfect wife, the perfect friend.
You might even lie awake at night going over something that you didn’t do quite right the previous day.
And how does that make you feel?
Let me guess…
Tired, stressed, anxious, defeated?
I used to feel jealous of my friends who were happy and knew how to switch off and have a good time.
All of that because I was trapped in my “I need to be a good wife/mother/friend” cycle and I completely lost sight of what lit me up.
So when somebody else was having a good time, I felt jealous.
Of course, I never showed it.
I kept on presenting that image of having it all together all of the time.
It took severe anxiety as a wake up call to show me that, despite my best efforts, I didn’t have it together. Far from it.
Anxiety led me to yoga.
And yoga led to a complete inner transformation.
I realised that I didn’t have to have it all together all of the time.
I let go of my need to control everything and to have everything “just so”.
I started to relax and to accept myself, as a perfectly imperfect human being.
And I can tell you that life is a lot more fun when you start to accept yourself.
With self-acceptance comes a feeling that things are ok.
It suddenly becomes a lot easier to relax and sleep better.
It becomes easier to take time off and to recharge.
It becomes easier to set boundaries, to say NO when you feel like it.
Imagine if you could move past the shoulds and start making decisions based on what you want and how you feel.
Imagine if you had simple techniques to free yourself from your inner critic.
Imagine if you knew how to release stress, create a calm mind and boost your confidence so that you can face up to whatever life is throwing at you.
We are all incredibly powerful beings. We have the power to influence how we feel, but more often than not, we don’t harness this energy.
We come up against doubt, “shoulditis” and a fear of trying something new.
And we carry on with our life, not feeling great and hoping for better.
The yoga system is a set of tools to help you reconnect with yourself so that you can learn to accept and love yourself.
It goes way further than a body stretch.
Through yoga, you learn to transform negative beliefs and emotions.
You start to listen to your body and emotions and understand their message.
You develop new habits that support your wellbeing.
You can start to do all these thing in just 5 days!

Sounds great but how will it work?
I’m so glad you’ve asked! And I’m pleased to say, it won’t take you hours a day and you don’t need to be young, bendy and flexible to do it either!
