What you need to know
This workshop is going to be accessible to all levels of flexibly and experience.
If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it. Otherwise, let me know by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I will bring one for you.
Otherwise, all you need to bring is a bottle of water, and a blanket and cushion for the relaxation.
There will be a 30 minutes break mid-morning to chat, share and enjoy some home-made cakes
