In this 6 weeks’ stress-busting programme, we will look at your lifestyle and identify your stress triggers. We will also create a bespoke routine that will stress-proof your life so that you can feel confident that you have the resources you need to deal with your busy life without depleting your energy resources.

Week 1 – 1:1 zoom session to evaluate your current situation, triggers and where you want to go
Week 2 – 1:1 zoom session focusing on stress-busting with accessible, bespoke stress-busting techniques.
Week 3: 1:1 zoom session focusing on relaxation with bespoke techniques and addressing any mindset block.
Week 4: 1:1 zoom session on developing a sustainable wellbeing routine. Part 1
Week 5: 1:1 zoom session on developing a sustainable wellbeing routine. Part 2
Week 6: 1:1 zoom session to plan your continued emotional wellbeing and explore any mindset blocks.
Optional follow-up sessions every 4 weeks after the end of the course to ensure that your routine still works for you – and to provide some occasionally needed accountability.
Why work with me?
Already as a teenager, I was feeling the effects of stress but I didn’t know it.
I was very anxious and fearful, and one year, I reached a stage when I couldn’t physically go to school for a few weeks as I was feeling constantly dizzy, sick and generally unwell.
There was nothing wrong with me. Or so the GP assured my mum.
And indeed, physically, all was well.
It took me years, therapy and a few more “episodes” of not feeling well at all to realise that it was my way of reacting to stress.
I wouldn’t feel the stress piling on day after day.
I would keep going. Doing the things: work, kids, house…
And then suddenly, it would be too much and I would break down.
I went to counselling on several occasions.
By the time I last went to a counsellor, she noted that I knew as much as her about the effects of stress on the body and the mind. And she was right!
I had read so many books, tried different things to help me feel better.
But every time, I would reach a stage when it was all to much and the stress would take over with panic attacks, sleepless nights, and a chronic impossibility to relax!
Another visit to the doctor changed everything. Rather than just putting me on the waiting list for another set of counselling sessions, she suggested I tried yoga.
Yoga changed everything.
I had finally found a way to let my stress get out of my body and out of my mind.
Over the following years, I started a self-healing journey of yoga, meditation and coaching during which I discovered the key to a healthy body and mind: a routine that helps you manage your stress levels so that you don’t crash and burn.
Now, as a qualified yoga and meditation teacher and a coach, I want to work with you to help you manage the stress in your life so that you can feel happy and at ease in your own skin.
My vision is to help you (re-)discover the benefits of self-care, self-love and to establish a routine that nourishes you and sustains your emotional and physical wellbeing.
How does it work?
Over the 6 weeks, we will identify together your stress triggers and the most efficient ways for your to stress-proof your life.
By the end of the 6 weeks, you will have a bespoke routine that will stress-proof your day so that you can deal with whatever comes your way. We will create the routine together so that it is adapted specifically to you and can easily fit in around your lifestyle.
What is included?
6 x 45-60 minutes zoom sessions.
Recording of the sessions so that you can be fully present and not worry about taking notes.

Optional follow-up sessions are £90/60 minutes session payable on booking of each individual sessions. The recommended frequency for these is 4-6 weeks.
