Or maybe you’d like your body to hurt less, especially at the end of the day, when it stops you from enjoying your evening.

My Dru Yoga classes could be the solution you’ve been waiting for.

They are accessible to all levels and abilities. I wasn’t flexible at all when I first started yoga, and I make sure that my classes are really accessible to all! I’m the Queen of adapting poses to best support my students.

I don’t take myself too seriously and the classes are always very relaxed and with a “do what you can” attitude.

Tuesdays, 9.30-10.30am (Online)

Monthly pass 60 min Wellbeing Classes

Monthly pass that will give you access to 4 x 60 min Wellbeing yoga classes + replays.


Mondays, 7.00-8.30pm (At the Rhodes Minnis Village Hall, Chapel Lane, Rhodes Minnis, CT4 6XR, Kent)

£9.50/session when paying termly. (A term is usually 6-7 classes).

£12/session pay as you go.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.

1:1 Private Sessions

These are yours to do as you wish! 

We start with a free 30 minutes call during which you talk to me about your goals and desires. We will then start working together towards your goal in a very comfortable way.

Typically, my clients start to see a lasting difference after 4-6 sessions.

Chill Out Evenings

These special evenings combine gentle yoga and relaxation to harness the power of relaxation for your wellbeing.

They are designed to:

  • Release tightness and stiffness in the joints
  • Ease back pain
  • Relax your mind
  • Promote a feeling of peacefulness

Accessible to all ages and abilities, these sessions are run online via zoom.

All you need to join and enjoy is a yoga mat, a blanket and a cushion for the relaxation, as well as a bottle of water.

The next session will be run on the 19th November, 6.30-8.00pm.

Friday 19th November 6.30-8.00pm.

Join me for this relaxing class dedicated to release any stiffness or stress that you have accumulated during the week so that you can start your weekend feeling relaxed, calm and peaceful.
