You will find classes designed to shift stress and anxiety when you have something going round and round in your head that is stopping you from relaxing.

You will have access to sessions that will help you release tension from your neck, shoulders or lower back.

You will find classes that will help you look at the world – and at yourself – in a more positive, kinder way.

With accessible classes and courses designed to transform anxiety into calm, self-doubt into self-confidence and people-pleasing into d0ing what you want. 

The targeted practices on the mat will transform your mindset and energy level so that you can feel more balanced, happier and more confident off the mat.

Stress management

A whole module of the Radiant Wellbeing Membership is dedicated to learning how to relax and switch off. You will learn how to release tension and quieten your mind so that you can go from feeling stressed and frazzled to calm and relaxed.
