Asked how you are doing, you probably reply “I’m fine”. When really, inside, you are tired, stressed and you don’t know if you are coming or going and how you are going to keep it all together.

Maybe you have lost your appetite or you are comfort eating. 

You find it hard to fall asleep, or you wake up at 3.00am worrying about one thing or another.

And you keep going, because what else can you?

Stuff still needs to be done, and you probably feel that if you are not doing it, who will?

I completely get it! I’ve been there and I got the t-shirt many times over!

With 2 daughters, 2 dogs, a job and a house, I get the busy-ness and I am no stranger to “I’m fine”, when really I’m crumbling inside!

This is why I created this membership.

Why listen to me?

Because I get it.

I used the be the master of the “I’m fine” while seriously struggling inside.

When my first daughter was born, I got overwhelmed by the whole thing and my anxiety (that had always been around but pretty quiet) spiralled out of control.

I was trying to juggle so many plates at home and at work. All the while smiling and pretending that I could control everything and that everything was fine.

I couldn’t sleep, cried all the time and my GP suggested I tried yoga, which I did. It was brilliant. The only 90 minutes a week when my mind was actually quiet and didn’t think constantly.

But 90 minutes a week on a Wednesday evening wasn’t enough, I needed to do yoga more regularly and everything I could find on Youtube was either too long and I didn’t have the time to do it, or too hard for me to do!

Years later, I qualified as a yoga teacher, and then a meditation teacher, to help other women who were stressed out, like me when I first started yoga.

I created this membership to be what I needed and couldn’t find when I first started my yoga journey. 

A place with short yoga and meditation classes that everybody can do, regardless of age and flexibility.

Not only that, but you will receive monthly email support to keep you going on your journey from stressed and overwhelmed to calm and relaxed.

Not just yoga

The membership includes yoga classes, but also meditation and breathwork, so that you are sure to find exactly what you need.

Truly accessible to everybody

All the classes are designed with absolute beginners in mind.

There is no need to be flexible or to have done yoga before. Regardless of your level of fitness, if you want to feel less stressed, less rushed and to reconnect with yourself, this is the place for you.

Easy to navigate

If you are not great with computers, don’t worry. The membership is super easy to navigate with a Start Here section, regular emails to guide you to the new classes and clear and to the point titles that say exactly what the class will do for you.

Live sessions + library of replays

As well as the super short practices that are meant to be fitted in your daily routine, you have access to 2 Live sessions each month: 1 yoga class and 1 meditation/relaxation class.

If you can’t make the lives, the recordings are stored in the Library of replays in the membership within 24 hours for you to get to when you have the time.

FAQ

How does it work? 

On the first week of every month, you will receive an email with a bundle of short, easy practices and the details of the live classes for the month. Remember though, if you can’t make the live classes, the recordings will be available the following day on the membership.

During week 3 of the month, you will receive a mindfulness reminder. Just a few words from me to keep you calm and breezy.

Access to the membership also gives you access to a library of practices that are sorted in two categories: Energise and Unwind so that you can always find what you need.

What if I have never done yoga?

Don’t worry if you are new to yoga. All the practices are super easy and accessible to all levels.

Sounds good but I’m not flexible.

You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. Far from it. Yoga is about creating a little bit of peace in your mind. The poses and breathing techniques are a means to an end. 

When are the live sessions?

There are 2 live sessions each month: a yoga class and a meditation/relaxation class. The yoga class is 60 minutes and takes place on a Thursday evening at 7.00pm. The meditation session is 30 minutes and takes place on a Tuesday morning at 11.00am

The recordings for these sessions are added to the membership within 24 hours of the live classes.

Do I need to sign up for a minimum amount of time?

Absolutely not. The membership renews itself every month and, if you don’t love it, you can cancel anytime.
