Group classes

What happens in a class?

Classes start with some gentle warm ups, followed by sequences of movements that are designed to release most of the tension in your body.  We then move on to specific body stretches to prepare for the poses that we will explore during the class. After the poses, we will either do some breath work or move directly to the relaxation.

I have never done yoga. Am I too old to star?

My classes are very diverse in ages and abilities and are designed to ensure that everybody can achieve the poses and sequences in a way that works for them.

They are. During the classes, I can see you and you can see me. We can also hear each other and communicate during the classes.

Are the Facebook groups private?

The Facebook groups are restricted to my clients who have paid for an online packages.

What kind of extras can I expect?

The extras will take the form of short sequences, relaxations, meditations and breathing techniques. From past experience, when I first started practising yoga, I found that the impact – both physical and emotional – was improved when I could practise regulary. These shorter extras are designed for you to have smaller chunks of yoga that you might be able to do more regularly than a full 60-90 min class.

The extras will be progressively added to the Facebook groups.

Will the recordings and the extras be available all the time?

They will be. The recordings of the classes on the Facebook group and any extras will remain available on the group for you to dip in and out when you like.

How do I register?

In order to register for any of the online packages, you need to contact me directly by email so that I can send you a registration form. Payment will need to made by the first day of every month.

Will my monthly subscription carry on after the first month?

Your subscription will carry on month on month, providing that the registration fee is paid no later than the first day of the new month. I suggest you set up a standing order to this effect.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can. Simply let me know by email that you are no longer interested.
