5 days Body & Mind Reset

We come up against doubt, “shoulditis” and a fear of trying something new.

Day 2: Rest & relax

Yesterday, we used the body to feel strong and empowered. Today, we will shift to a relaxed mindset.

By moving your body, you can change the way you feel!

Day 3: Breathe to freedom

Our breath is another great conduit to shifting your emotions.

Experience the interrelation between body-mind-breath.

Day 4: Power of the mind

What your mind perceives, it experiences as real.

By using visualisation and affirmations, you can create real change in your mindset and your life.

Day 5: Dream & plan

We have set the scene for big changes in your life.

Workbook

With daily prompts to follow, it will be your companion as you explore how to apply the new learnings to your life.

Daily short yoga practices

From the 26th April, you will receive a daily email with a link to a short (15-20 min) yoga practice that will help you explore the topic of the day.

Daily live sessions

I’ll be going live 12.30pm in the FB group every day to go deeper into the day’s learning and explore how you can apply it to your daily life.

Supportive community

As you join the Facebook group, you will become part of a community that will travel with you along this journey

About me

Hi, I’m Michèle.

I discovered yoga in my 30s. I was suffering pretty badly from anxiety at the time and yoga was suggested as a way of dealing with it. 

Well it worked, and did so much more.

With yoga, I discovered a completely different way to approach my lack of self-worth, lack of self-confidence and anxiety. 

After years of going to counselling and therapy, I had finally found a holistic way to deal with my demons that was taking me out of my head and using my body and breath to support me. 

Over the years, I have come to use the tools of yoga more and more to help me feel happier and live an amazing life. 

Yoga has helped me develop my self-confidence, release my anxiety, make peace with my body and create a life that I could only have dreamed of a few years ago. 

For me, yoga is so much more than a stretch on the mat. It has the potential to change the way you live. 

In this challenge, I will be sharing with you how yoga can help transform your life in a much bigger way than giving you a more flexible body and less back pain.

Of course, these are also going to happen but my goal for you is to use yoga as a toolkit to help you grow in confidence and live your best life.

What if I’ve never done yoga before?

Nothing to worry about if you are new to yoga. All the sessions are accessible to all ages and abilities. I was as flexible as a plank of wood when I first started doing yoga, so I’ve got you covered if you are new to it!

I’m not flexible at all. Is that ok?

Absolutely. I could only wave at my feet from a distance when I first started doing yoga so I know how it feels. All the sessions are going to be accessible to all abilities. I truly believe that yoga is for every body.

I’m pretty busy. How long is it going to take me?

It won’t take that much of your time. The yoga sessions are about 15-20 minutes max. The workbook exercises take 5-10 minutes and the live sessions are going to be about 30 minutes. And if you can’t make the lives, the recordings will be available on the Facebook group.

I can’t make all the Live calls. Is that a problem?

Nope. The Live calls will all be recorded and available on the Facebook group, so you’ll be able to catch up if you can’t make the Lives at 12.30pm.

What kind of things do I need?

– A yoga mat

– Comfortable clothes

– Water

– Your workbook and a pen/pencil

– An extra notebook (optional)
